beforeUbuy provides personal finance management tools including account tracking, budget management, savings goals, and financial reporting. The service is available via iOS and Android mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@beforeUbuy.club. beforeUbuy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to maintain adequate security.

One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. Abuse of free accounts may result in account termination.

4. Financial Data & Read-Only Access

When you connect a bank account or financial institution, beforeUbuy receives read-only access to your transaction history and account balances. beforeUbuy cannot and will never initiate transactions, transfers, or payments on your behalf.

The financial data displayed in beforeUbuy is provided for informational purposes only. It may not always be up-to-date or complete. beforeUbuy is not a licensed financial advisor, and nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.

Bank connection availability depends on third-party integrations and is subject to change without notice.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Provide false or misleading information
• Circumvent security measures or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Share account access with others (each account is for individual use)
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or beforeUbuy staff

The beforeUbuy application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by beforeUbuy by PAWWNS corp. and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

beforeUbuy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
